Yes, Dr. Min, Dr. Gardner, Dr. Sung, and Dr. Levy are all board certified. Dr. George Min is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, specializing in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. He is also a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, which only one quarter of all American Board of Plastic Surgery certified surgeons have been accepted. Dr. Gardner is a board-certified Dermatologist specializing in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Lévy is a board-certified Dermatologist specializing in Cosmetic Dermatology. Dr. Sung is a board-certified general surgeon and fellowship trained bariatric surgeon.
Our spacious and fully equipped on-site surgical suite has been certified to the strictest, hospital-level safety standards. Newvue Plastic Surgery is accredited through American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, Inc. (AAAASF). AAAASF provides official recognition to facilities that have met 100% of its high standards. Accreditation assures the public that patient safety is the top priority in a facility.
Our anesthesiologist comes from Matrix Anesthesia, PS. They are the same group that provides comprehensive care for Evergreen and Overlake Hospitals. Matrix Anesthesia’s anesthesia care is provided by physicians who are either Board Certified or Board Eligible in the practice of anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Min has a $150 consult fee for all cosmetic patients, which is applied to your scheduled service or procedure.
Dr. Sung has a $150 consultation fee, which is applied to your scheduled service or procedure.
Dr. Gardner has a $150 consultation fee, which is applied to your scheduled service.
For all insurance patients the consult will be billed to your insurance

Newvue Bellevue has free parking in our parking garage. You may park in any space assigned to Newvue Plastic Surgery. The entrance to the garage faces Main Street directly across from Gilbert’s on Main. There is also parking along Main Street as well.
Newvue Kirkland has free street parking along Central Way and the parking lot east of the building.
Having financial options gives you the freedom to make decisions regarding your treatment options. We work with CareCredit who has been providing a valuable financing option for treatments and procedures that typically are not covered by insurance, or for times when insurance doesn’t cover the full amount.
The surgical quote includes Physician Fees, Facility Fees and any Pre-Operative and Post-Operative visits.
